What We Believe
Our beliefs are first made possible by our belief in our Savior, Jesus Christ. We all need a Savior because we are all sinners, we have all fallen short of who God, our Creator, called us to be. He sent Jesus, His only begotten son, to live a perfect, sinless life and die on the cross for the sins of the world. God gave us a way out of our sin by simply believing in His son. Jesus rose again and gave all believers the Holy Spirit to aid us in learning His Word and His Will.

The Word of God
We believe that the Holy Bible is entirely the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God, and it is the only authoritative basis for doctrine and matters of faith and practice.
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.”
“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”
By Grace Through Faith
Salvation can only be obtained by faith in Jesus Christ. We can never be good enough, or do enough good things to earn our salvation. Jesus already paid it all, we just have to accept His sacrificial death on the cross as payment for our sins.
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.”
“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
God, Our Creator
God is the creator of all things, and He created it all in six days as the Scripture teaches. He created us in His image to be stewards over His creation and to glorify Him.
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
“So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”
Wonderfully Made
All life is valuable to God and should be cherished. The Lord made a plan for each of us before we were born. It is our job as a church to encourage one another toward His purpose.
“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
